The Operations & Digital Optimization Specialist will serve as the right hand to leadership,

Key Responsibilities

Process Optimization & Digital Integration
- Identify inefficiencies and implement cloud-based tools to streamline operations and
  enhance decision-making.
- Develop and refine scalable workflows to ensure process improvements are sustainable.
- Use data insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives that impact company growth.
Executive & Operational Support
- Serve as a trusted partner to leadership, managing high-level administrative tasks while
  proactively solving operational challenges.
- Oversee scheduling, project timelines, and cross-functional coordination to keep key
  initiatives on track.
- Own internal documentation, ensuring accurate and organized records of company
  policies, vendor agreements, and operational workflows.
Event & Client Engagement Coordination
- Plan and execute internal and external events, ensuring seamless logistics, technology
  integration, and top-tier client experiences.
- Manage executive travel, accommodations, and high-touch client interactions to elevate
  brand presence.
HR & Internal Operations
- Support HR functions, including onboarding, training coordination, and employee
  engagement initiatives.
- Act as a central point of communication for internal teams, ensuring alignment across
  departments.
Strategic Projects & Innovation
- Assist in the execution of high-impact operational initiatives, from automation
  implementation to vendor management.
- Contribute to the scaling of internal systems by testing, refining, and optimizing workflows
  that support company growth.
