Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive quality improvements across projects and processes
- Evolve and enforce policies for effective data management.
- Sustain logic for industry standard nomenclature and categorization of surgical
devices. - Design and Establish SOP’s for governing and evolving data sets.
- Assist with data interpretation, standardization and updates
- Complete special assignments in a timely manner
- Serve as a surgical instrument expert including but not limited to: naming, uses,
cross reference and types - Deploying software solutions to end users
Requirements and Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-year experience in Healthcare. Specialization in implementation,
education, and/or training preferred - Willing to travel and work on client sites. Travel requirement is up to 40%.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills with a
demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on projects. - Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous
- Team player, open, pleasure to work with, and positive in a group dynamic
