As a Regional Platform Specialist, you are on the front lines, embodying our core values of innovation, excitement, delivery, empowerment, and enjoyment. Your primary mission will be to ensure the seamless implementation and execution of our cloud based software platform during critical project milestones, specifically focusing on go-live events and post go live continuous improvement. You will be a beacon of support, guiding our clients through transitions with expertise and empathy, ensuring every deployment amplifies our commitment to excellence and transformative healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Onsite Support for Go-Lives and Expansions:
    • Develop in-depth understanding of the Ascendco software platform.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact during go-lives, providing hands-on assistance and problem solving to navigate any challenges that emerge, ensuring a smooth and successful transition for our clients.
    • Prepare the stage for success with meticulous pre-go-live activities, including system configurations, testing, validation, and documentation, upholding our commitment to detail and operational excellence.
    • Foster a collaborative spirit, working closely with both Ascendco and client project managers and technical teams to synchronize deployment schedules, logistics, and resource allocation for successful go-lives.
2) Account Management Support
    • Foster strong relationships with client stakeholders, including executives, project managers, and end-users, to understand their unique requirements and ensure their needs are met during the go-live phases and beyond, reinforcing our values of empowerment and collaboration
    • Pursue our dedication to continuous improvement with consistent post go-live followups offering support, capturing feedback, and ensuring our solutions meet or even exceed expectations.
    • Conduct onsite training on all features and benefits of our software for clients, providing demonstrations, in-services, and at-elbow support.
    • Be the conduit for feedback, identifying and communicating software enhancements and challenges to internal teams, ensuring our technology evolves in concert with client needs and frontline insights.
    • Unearth opportunities for growth, suggesting additional services or products to our clients to help them elevate operational efficiency and outcomes.
3) Knowledge Sharing for Expansion:
    • Emerge as a go-live guru, sharing your wisdom and insights to uplift internal teams and clients, driving successful deployments and supporting our mission to leverage clean data and analytics for healthcare excellence.
    • Document lessons learned, success stories, and best practices from go-live events to contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and training materials.
    • Maintain knowledge of equipment, products, and systems related to the sterile processing profession to creatively provide solutions for customers using the software to its fullest potential.
    • Engage in and lead knowledge sharing initiatives, training sessions, and workshops, spreading your expertise to fortify expansion of innovative software platform as it expands.
Requirements:
  • Flexibility to travel up to 75%, embodying our commitment to deliver and empower clients across geographies with our transformative solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a field resonant with our mission to innovate healthcare through technology. Or 3-5 years of experience in Sterile Processing or Surgical Services.
  • Proven experience in project management, technical support, or implementation roles within surgical services, showcasing a track record of problem-solving and decision-making excellence.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging and inspiring clients and teammates alike, mirroring our values of excitement and empowerment.
